Delivery and Returns

COLLECTIONS

Please note not all items listed on our website are held in stock. Any order placed with us before 5pm Monday to Friday will be available to collect after 10:30am the next working day (Saturday and Sunday excluded).

DELIVERY POLICY

Local Deliveries will be made by our own transport next day. National deliveries will be sent by carrier on a two day service.

Please note that a few special products require a slightly longer delivery time. 

DELIVERY CHARGES FOR MAINLAND UK CUSTOMERS

UK customers receive free delivery with no minimum order value. Please contact us directly to open an account with us.

For furniture items an additional charge may need to be added which will be advised upon receipt of order.

RETURNS POLICY

Please notify us within 7 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied with the following information:

  • Delivery Note Number
  • Product Code
  • Reason For Returning
  • Any Special Returns Requests

BACKORDERS

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder. We will endeavor to deliver the item(s) to you as soon as they are back in stock.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please contact us to cancel or order an alternative product.

SHORTAGES

All shortages must be reported immediately so stocks can be checked and the issue resolved.
